Hello,
I am Paul Berglund, a certified Apple Support Specialist.

Apple is busy turning out new products and software faster than most folks can keep up with - an ever moving target! It is my passion to keep up on all things Macintosh and… I love teaching and helping people get the most out their Macintosh Computer systems.

I will help and advise on purchase decisions, system setup, software installation, troubleshooting, security issues, SOHO (Small Office & Home Office) networking (wired & wireless), back-up strategies, and software updates. I can provide phone support, custom tutoring, and will make house and office calls. I can rescue valuable data from bad hard drives and advise you on simple maintenance tasks to keep your system in top health.

I will even go the the Apple store with you as a translator! (I speak Tech)
